Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, create your own design and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept most recognised brands of credit and debit card (if you have any problems please let us know). We take payments before any order is processed. This is due to the personalised nature of what we do. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Designs can take up to 5 days to create on the plimsolls and normal hi top (stock permitting, if we are out of stock we will email you to let you know and give an anticipated delivery date). On the branded products including vans and converse these can take up to 2 weeks to produce. We will then ship in the following methods: first class recorded £3.99 (1-3 days for on top of production), second class delivery is £2.99 (3-5 days on top of production). We also ship internationally, within Europe will cost £8.99 and RoW delivery will be £14.99. |
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order within 2 weeks for unbranded product (often within 3-5 days). Converse and vans can take upto 4 weeks (but often within 2 weeks. International orders will be slightly longer depending on postal service, unfortunately we cannot be specific timescales with international orders, but we will dispatch within the same timescales mentioned above.
You must inform us within 21 days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Returns Policy Due to the personalised nature of the product we are selling we are unable to offer refunds unless extreme circumstances. We will gladly exchange items for a correct size if a wrong size is ordered. If you catch us before your design is made we will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund including postage.
If the goods you receive are not upto standard or damaged in transit plese return them to us and we will exchange for a amended pair. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
